The restaurant
Its fare is based on high-quality catering with extensive and constantly-evolving menus, all served in a confortable, air-conditioned dining room.

About our chef and his son, gastronomy and heritage:
It’s their shared passion for the art of cooking, with their demand for the very best quality produce which drives Patrick and Mathhieu Omont to invest both body and soul into their cuisine.
Patrick, the father, has been in the “Hôtel de France”, in the center of Montmarault, since 1991
His son, Matthieu, joined him 4 years ago and together they run the kitchen offering food-lovers their high quality dishes and from then on their reputation grew:
Holderss of a toque d’auvergne www.toques-auvergne.com Patrick is also a member of the grand international order of Escoffier www.disciples-escoffier.com, for prestigious chefs who perfect cooking as the complete art. At just 22, Matthieu became the 2006 winner of the “golden apprentice”, a nationally recognised competition.
“ We spendhours working together, I try to pass him the tastes I’ve acquired over the years. His presence, at my side motivated me to undertake renovations. The external façade has been redone and in a few months we will renovated our kitchen to make further improvement to our service…”
